At the forefront of tyre development, Nutrak was among the early pioneers of puncture-resistant casings, purpose-built tread patterns, and specialist tyres designed for the growing demands of touring, commuting, and road cycling. These innovations helped define the cycling landscape of the 1980s and ’90s, establishing a reputation for function-first design and real-world performance.
Today, Nutrak is returning to its roots with a new generation of tyres shaped by decades of experience and built using modern materials. Designed to deliver grip, comfort, and confidence across tarmac, gravel, and trail, the range reflects the evolving needs of contemporary riders. In select projects, Nutrak has partnered with Vee Tire Co, combining proven expertise with fresh, rider-focused innovation to create high-performance Gravity MTB and Gravel tyres—tested and raced at the highest level.
Nutrak Inner Tubes Range
During the 1990s, Nutrak launched a comprehensive range of inner tubes covering traditional wheel sizes such as 26, 700c, 24, 20, and 16. This range supported everything from classic road bikes and mountain bikes to utility, junior and BMX models, helping establish Nutrak as a dependable name for everyday cycling essentials.
Nutrak RT31 Cotton Rim Tape
Introduced in 2008, the RT31 Cotton Rim Tape highlights Nutrak’s long-standing focus on practical, reliable cycling essentials. Made from traditional woven cotton, it provides dependable rim protection and helps prevent punctures caused by spoke holes—proof that simple, time-tested solutions remain an important part of everyday riding.
Nutrak Magic Milk Tubeless Tyre Sealant
Nutrak expanded into tubeless tyre care with its Magic Milk tubeless sealant, bringing reliable puncture protection to road, gravel and mountain bikes. The synthetic latex formula was designed to seal small holes quickly and help riders stay rolling with confidence—showing Nutrak’s commitment to modern tyre technology as tubeless riding grew in popularity.
Nutrak Havoc MTB Tyre
Introduced in 2021, the Havoc MTB Tyre reflects Nutrak’s focus on accessible performance for everyday riders. Designed as a versatile cross-country tyre, it combines a durable wire bead construction with a fast-rolling centre tread and confident cornering knobs. With a multi-purpose compound and 27 TPI casing, Havoc was built to handle a wide range of terrains and conditions—delivering dependable grip, speed and value where it matters most.
Nutrak Trekker & Traveller Tyres
Trekker and Traveller expanded Nutrak’s range into touring, adventure, and everyday commuting. Built for mixed surfaces and long rides, these versatile tyres were designed for riders who value exploration, reliability, and the journey itself.
Nutrak Zilent & Zilent+ Tyres
Designed for everyday riding, the Zilent range brought dependable performance and added protection to Nutrak’s urban and fitness line-up. With low rolling resistance, confident grip, and efficient water channelling, Zilent tyres excel on paved roads while remaining capable on light gravel. The Zilent+ added a puncture belt and reflective stripe, reinforcing Nutrak’s focus on durability, safety, and excellent value for daily commuting and utility cycling.
Vee by Nutrak – Attack & Snap Range
Vee by Nutrak introduced a gravity-focused MTB range built for trail, all-mountain and enduro riding. With multiple tread patterns and advanced casing options, including e-MTB variants, it delivered control, durability and performance across demanding terrain.
